My heart rate is not showing on my Ionic, which started this morning (I live in New Zealand). I have restarted the Ionic, checked the settings and then did a factory reset of my Ionic - still not displaying my heart rate.

 

I have cleaned the sensors and the Ionic is NOT loose on my wrist.

 

My Ionic also failed to properly track my sleep and isn’t tracking my steps well either.

Tried factory resetting again and now it won’t turn on. Considering I paid a fair amount for this, these issues aren’t good.
