I think all.in the title. I do see water in the captor!! They say ionic is waterproof :"(((( I have buy my ionic in October sooooo sad :'(

Page 75 of the user manual - click to view - says water resistant, not water proof
Try putting the pebble portion of the Fitbit into a dry bowl of rice for at least a day or two and see if it helps. Don't charge it until you've dried it out and cleaned all connectors.
Let us know what happens.

The Ionic is waterproof up to 50 meters. I have used mine in a swimming pool with no issue.

If I was you I will check the product infos it is suppose to.be 50 meters water resistant and it have a swimming option. I am sorry but it is not normal that I pass the day in the pool and stop working also the battery was charge of the morning today I woke up.with a dead watch :'(

@mellyblog did you try the dry rice? You also need to restart your Ionic.
Let us know what happens after you do that.
