Hi, I have just received a new iconic which is a replacement. However the heart rate doesn't seem to be detected. I've restarted it but still no joy.
The sensors do not appear to be working as they are not lighting?

Seems odd that your new Ionic is not recording heart rate data as the way it was designed, thanks for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

No unfortunately none of the above helped and heart rate not being measured. The sensors are not working....there are no lights?
