My ionic sensor was not always constant , like it would work for a bit and stop . But after I updated it it just doesn’t work , on my watch the heart rate icon is grey and the sensor doesn’t blink . Any advise ? In addition to this my ionic is a running slow

Thanks for troubleshooting your device with me. Since the steps from my previous post didn't resolve your issue, please try the below ones to perform a factory reset on your Ionic:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
