I recently purchased the fitbit ionic, the first two days of having it went smoothly, however when I took it off to go take a shower I noticed the green led stopped glowing (heart rate monitor). I did some research on how to fix it, so I restarted it at least 10 times and that didn't work. I reset it to factory settings twice and that still didn't work. Any idea of how to get it back on?
