I have been reading that this is an issue with the Ionic. I really like my watch but it really is useless to track my gym workout such as spinning or weight because the HR is not working. I have read up and have tried resetting my watch turning the HR on and off rebooting but it has not done anything to fix. Will the new firmware update fix this issue. It seems to be affecting a lot of people. If you respond please do ask me to turn off the heart rate and back on again I have done that like 25 times.
