Have the Ionic and the the heartrate monitor stopped working.  restarted, did a complete shutdown and restart, made sure that the heart rate feature is turned on and still the heart rate does not work and the lights are not lighting up on the underside of the watch.  Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? Also, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
