The firmware update has replaced Active Minutes with Active Zone Minutes and, as part of that, the way heart rate zones are calculated has also changed. Judging by the posts I've seen, many people are finding that the zones are harder to achieve. It's not clear yet whether this is a bug or what Fitbit expected to see. My fat burn zone start point has risen from 80 to 97.
The idea of the change seems to be to make the zones more tailored to our fitness level by basing them on our resting heart rate as well as our age.
There are a couple of help files that explain all this in more detail:
Thx Steve, thanks although it makes it harder....my rhr at my lowest is around 48 but in general I'm between 50-55...
Still i find it confusing that on their own websites they describe different manners of calculating the zones, the first which is just a percentage of the maximum heart rate minus age

And the one you were describing.

Your link is to the Dutch help file which doesn't seem to have been updated and only shows the old way of working out zones. The second link in my earlier post shows the new method for Charge 4, Versa and Ionic as well as the old method for other devices.
