@Chapter A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

It's pretty weird that your heart rate zones are showing as zero. I would like you to log out from the Fitbit app, force quit it and log back in. Also, please double check if you're getting the same information in your online Dashboard. Has this happened again? Is it happening with an exercise in specific?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Same thing happened to me. I'll try logging out. But also I've noticed that now, even during quite intense exercise, half of the time is showing below zones. I can't understand this as before the update the same classes wouldn't have any time below zones?

Can anyone explain what’s happened here? As you can see from the graph, I was working within my various HR zones but haven’t been allocated any Active Minutes because in

the top section, my FitBit has calculated that I exercised for over 1hr below all of my zones 😢

@super_salmon   Users who got the firmware update on their Versa series watches are reporting the same thing.  I notified a moderator.

Thanks. It’s rather annoying as I’m really getting into the challenges and I’m falling behind as I haven’t been allocated any active minutes 😢

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem on my Ionic this morning. All showing correctly in the graph, but says “Below zone” in the summary and active minutes.

I have a fitbit Ionic and use the fitbit app on ios. I do cardio on a stationary/spinning bike. I usually do 40+% in the peak zone, 40+% in the cardio zone and the rest in the fat burn zone.

Today's workout was no different to usual but I get "100% below zones". The graph of my heart rate looks as it usually does, so it looks like I've somehow lost my heart rate zone settings.

Right after exercising and before noticing this issue I installed an ionic firmware update (71.6.19). The issue also coincides with the appearance of the new "Active Zone Minutes" widget/thing in the fitbit app.

Any suggestions for how to fix this?

I am having the same problem with the ionic.  Updated it today after my workout and despite hitting the cardio zone I am getting zero minutes for it.

@SilviaFitbit & @LZeeW -

Updated firmware to 71.6.19 and possibly more importantly to iOS app version 3.29 this afternoon. After resetting my Max Heart Rate on the web Settings page to allow for the Beta Blockers in my system, I kicked off a treadmill session on my Versa 2.

I have an Ionic. All was fine until Sep 4 which I think is when I got the software update. I've reported the issue to Fitbit but they are blaming my phone for not being compatible! The only thing that has changed is the software update. I think the fault lies there. We can't all have incompatible phones.

I updated after my workout and it had my heart rate zones. Now they are gone. Two very similar workouts but now nothing shows. How can I fix this? I had to put the photo of the error in the replies. This is an example of what it normally does. However, it does not now. It WAS there, then after the update, not.
