Help! Brick! My Ionic Got the Dreaded "Data Not Cleared" Cross

I woke up on the 11th- the first day of daylight savings- and found that my Treasure Trek stats were all whacked out. An hour later, the thing vibrates, like, ten times with a "Pay with Ionic" pop-up and I didn't even hit the main side button! After that, it crashed and rebooted, and the "Data not cleared, sync and try again" message popped up. I've tried taking it off of my computer, doing the three-button reset thingy, and it's bricked six ways from Sunday. Help? Anyone?

I've also heard of people sending it back for a new one, and that's my absolute last resort. Please show some mercy, tyrannical fitness smartwatch!
