Help! My ionic is stuck on a fitness page, and I can't get back to the main page.

My screen is stuck on Russian Twists! NOTHING I press will take me back to the main screen. What am I doing wrong? I'm ready to throw it out the window!

If I press the left button down, Fitbit pay comes up....ugh!

@Elizabeth2222, repeatedly pressing & releasing the left button is the Back button - that should return you to the home screen (clock).

I finally figured out how to reset my watch. Now if I can figure out how to fix my exercise stats so they are correct, I will be happy.

Larry, I tried that and it didn't work. I ended up restarting the watch. Thanks for the info.

My iconic is stuck on crunches. Icant get it ack to the main screen. Help
