Help! I just got my iconic today in the mail been charging it for at least 5-6 hours and all it does is show the fit bit for picture. Won't set up or sync. I tried shutting it off but won' turn on again. Normally you can see on the back if it works by the lights on the back but it' not doing anything!!! Getting super frustrated! First fit bit I bought that had so much trouble!

@Angelmlee a couple of things :

First, charging for 5-6 hours won't be necessary. It only takes a couple from completely flat, and I doubt it was that way when you got it. That said, I believe it needs to be plugged in during the setup process.

Second, have you tried pressing the left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds and then letting them go? This normally forces a restart (you might need to tap the left button again if nothing happens after a few seconds after releasing).

Third, what phone operating system are you trying to set up with? (Helpful to know for further assistance)

lostlogik,  Hopefully you can help me as well.

Got my Ionic a couple of days ago, it's fully charged as well.  I'm trying to add it to my profile but it keeps telling me it can't communicate and it manually won't sync with my Ionic.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 Active.  I've tried while fitbit is plugged in, on my wrist, or on the table.  I've restarted bluetooth on my phone, restarted the Ionic, even deleted the app and redownloaded it.  My bluetooth is working though, checked it on wireless speakers, chromecast, and SUV radio.  I've also deleted previous devices from my profile on the app.
