Help needed: What color of Ionic is this (Charcoal Black or Blue Grey)?

Hey Community,

I need Your help. Here is my story.

I have ordered a Charcoal Black Ionic as a replacement for my broken Blaze.

I got it delivered and on the Ionic box it states Charcoal Black. Neverheless I have consulted several people and they say it is rather Blue Gray.

I was writing to Fitibit support attaching several photos, but they claim that I got a Black one. I am not able to convince them anyways. Would You help and judge by Yourself. This would maybe convince support to help me out with my case. Or maybe this really is the charcoal black?

Help is really appreciated.

Pictures attached (I even put my broken Surge and Blaze for comparison).

Yep, looks like mine which is charcoal/black. When i gor mine i wasnt too sure either, but the silver/blue grey is really silver. The charcoal isnt dark nearly black charcoal, but more of a grey.

@Youshallnotp4ssHere is my current Ionic... and the LED lights at night have given a lighter effect..  This current photo is of my replacement Ionic supplied in April 2018.   So in real life, and not under he LED lights (slightly lighter), all three Fitbits are similar to yours.  The box says, "Charcoal Band, Smoke Gray Case".

Thanks for the answers.

I also found this post with a similar case. Seems like the replaced lack Ionic i really Charcoal black.

After a couple of emails and HighDefinition photos sent to support, I managed to convince them. They addited to a faux paux and error on their side.

I am getting a real Charcoal replacement for the one on the photos, which I still think is Grey Blue. My box also said Charcoal Black. I agree they are similar and many people might like the Grey Blue color in the end. It is also really hard not to start wearing it right after You get Your replacement even if the color does not match.

I am curious if this is a replacement strategy for cleaning out the storage out of less popular colors.

@Youshallnotp4ss Great news... I'm looking forward to see a photo of your replacement.. We will also compare with my Charcoal replacement due in a few days.

Mine was spasmodic sudden battery drain and Support felt I had done enough research via email with graphs and Data to make their decision..
