How I add Ionic back to the app and getting it unlocked?

My son has deleted my fitbit from my app and also locked the fitbit. How do i add it again noting i csnt get the 4 digit code due to the fitbit also being  locked

Welcome to the Community @PaulB52. Thanks for the details mentioned. I'll be happy to assist you. 

 

Since, your Ionic is lock and can't be unlock using your phone because it's not paired anymore, you will need to perform a factory reset and then attempt to set it up to your account again. 

 

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive). 
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons. 
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. When the device successfully resets

After you've tried the previous troubleshooting, follow this set up procedure.
