How does the Fitbit Iconic differ in measuring the following exercise:  weights, workout, interval workout, boot camp, circuit training?  My workouts could be classified in almost any of these so I'm wondering if I've not been calculating my data incorrectly by not choosing the exercise more carefully?

The name of activity is just a label for the ones which use HR monitor. It is different however in case of activities like swimming for which HR monitor is disabled.

I have the same question what definition of the exercise type does fitbit use.  I could then use that type to match what I am doing in the gym.
