Can someone tell me how to set the clock and date on my Fitbit? Does it have to sync? I can’t seem to do that either. This was given to me last year by my granddaughter and I’m not quite sure how to use it. It still has a date for May.

Does it have to sync?

Yes it does. Clock and date are taken from your mobile phone. Once synced the Ionic will free run accurately (within reason) between automatic syncing with your phone.

During the setup process you should have been prompted to connect to Bluetooth on your phone as well as connect the Ionic (via the Fitbit phone app) to your Wifi modem/router - if you have one.
