To make a refund you have to select your region(my region is Belarus but Russia is also suitable) and if you can't find it in the list they give a link with extras info. But the problem is that there's nothing about the solution for such situation. I have no opportunity to visit country from the list, so what am I supposed to do? Everything worked great till the update. According to people's writings here and my situation I have no hope to get my refund. I'm so disappointed in the company. Waiting for your answer Fitbit but not believing in success.
