Hi, I had an Iconic since March and the screen has just completely gone. I now have a new Iconic (under warranty) and I'm just wondering if I can sync this new watch with my existing app or if I need to delete it and start all over again? Thanks 🙂

Go into the account section of the app (the logo looks like a business card) and select "set up a device". Choose Ionic and it will ask you if you want to replace your existing fitbit. Just say yes and follow the prompts. All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained.
