My account was compromised. One thing that was changed somehow is the weight is reading kg's and not pounds. How do I fix this.

Hi, @Pattygreenspun! Go into your app, click on the account (id icon), scroll down to settings, click on advanced settings, select units, and change the weight units there.

great! Thanks! Now, how do I change calories to kilojoules? Or the date format to ddmmmyy instead of month day year?

It's great to see you around @cstephen! I'm happy to see that you changed the weight from kg to pounds.
It's not possible to change calories to kilo joules. Regarding the date format, I would like you to provide me with more details such as where do you want to change the date format?
Thanks for your advice @MakMak.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

I couldn't figure out how to do it on the app, but if you go on the web, you can definitely do it there. Go to your profile settings online (https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile), scroll down to advanced settings, and change clock format from 24-hour to 12-hour. Make sure to click Submit to save it, then sync your tracker.

Thank you for your response @Pattygreenspun, you should be able to change from the military time of 24 hours, to the 12 hour format following the steps @MakMak mentioned here above. You can also find the instructions in this article.
