How do I get my Ionic repaired

My Ionic is only a year old but it won’t charge now.  Have cleaned the charger and the watch but still it won’t connect to charge.  How do I get it repaired??

Hello @jwinardi Fitbit doesnt have repair centers, if your ionic is still under warranty then contact fitbit.

You can also google one of the 3rd parties that offer repair
