I bought a new ionic to replace my old one by following the replacement instruction guide in the apps.
The new iconic was connected through wifi and I could clearly see that it is communicating with my Fitbit apps account and I can that the blue screen is increasing on the ionic face. However, it just cut after awhile despite several attempts through wifi and also through Bluetooth.
Do someone has a solution for this issue?
