Can you use the Fitbit phone app to select a new watch face?  This should then transfer via Bluetooth and replace the current watch face.

Hi, welcome to the forums.  As the other post states use the Fitbit app and select another clockface that you like (try a standard Fitbit one).  This should then transfer to your Ionic and replace the one you already have.
