How do I play music from my phone?

Hi guys! Got the Fitbit Ionic, I have Amazon music on my phone, how the heck do I play that music on my Fitbit? At the moment the only music I can play is Deezer. Can I add apps to my Fitbit also,?

Hello @RivonaW and welcome to the Help forums.  Sadly, you must do what the rest of us do in order to listen to Amazon music -- carry your phone and play it from your phone.

As far as other apps go, you can definitely add more apps.  To search for apps, tap on your profile picture > Ionic > Apps > toggle the bar to All Apps.  There is one thing you need to know.  Sometimes a new device doesn't have the current firmware.  You might not have gotten a notice to update your firmware when you set up your Ionic.  You might not be able to download any apps unless you have the current firmware.  When you tap on your profile picture > Ionic, you will see your firmware next to the picture of your Ionic.  The current firmware is 70.7.27.  If you don't have the current firmware, it should roll out in several days -- Fitbit does this progressively.  It could take days.
