How do I remove the reminders to move notifications from my watch

I do not want reminders to move notifying me on the watch, but can not see how to turn it off. Can someone tell me how to do it. Thank you

You can do this via the app. Here's how in the android app. Go into the account section of the app (the icon looks like an ID card) then touch on your device, then select "reminders to move" and you'll see an on / off switch
