Just to confirm, after opening the exercise app on your Ionic, did you tap on More to see if the Interval Workout was there? If so, please try restarting your watch to correct any misbehavior. Then, open the exercise shortcuts and look for your exercise one more time. In case you'd like to see Interval Workout shortcut on the first screen without tapping on More, follow the steps described in this help article to edit and reorder your exercise shortcuts.
