Hi, @grancanrun, to change your clock face. open your app, select the Ionic icon and on the next screen you should see clock faces. Scroll through them and choose one.
Note that clock faces created by Fitbit are free. Other clock faces created by independent developers may require a small payment.

Hi @grancanrun
Have you setup and logged in with your account in the FitBit phone application then synchronised it?
I didn't have to do anything, think of the phone application as an extension of the Web based portal, I am just surmising here, but once you have done a few phone synchs it should appear on the web portal.

@grancanrun go to the app and to your account. Just under you name is a list of your devices then a black plus sign with Set up a Device next to it. Tap that and it will take you through set up for your Ionic. Let us know how you go.

I'm glad you were able to do it @grancanrun. Now, go to How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
You can also check About Fitbit Ionic article.
