I can't find a detailed booklet explaining the Ionic's features. Can someone tell me how to use the internal GPS to track my walking routes?

You can select the exercises. On the phone app tap the icon on the upper right (the one that looks like a document or ID card). On the settings page tap the ionic tile. On the ionic settings scroll siren and look for exercise shortcuts. Tap that and it will show the selected shortcuts. You can select up to 6. If walk is not selected you can deselect an exercise you don't use by swiping left then tap the plus sign on the upper right corner to show all possible exercises.

Swipe left until you see the Exercise app. Tap that and swipe until you see Walk. Tap that to start your walk with the internal GPS. When you are done you can stop it and it will log your walk along with the GPS path on your phone app and website once you sync.
