How does the audio cues and cues work?

Hi,

Just had an Ionic for Xmas.  Can't find the answer to the following 2 things:

1) Does the Ionic not do audio cues, so that I get audio informing me of average pace etc per km? My Samsung Gear Fit that I paid £80 for did this..😮. Really hope I'm just missing something.

2) I want to set say a 10 km run, so that it notifies me when I've finished and I don't have to keep checking my watch. Can this be done? If so, where do you go to set this?

The above 2 items really don't seem unreasonable for a £300 watch, that is supposedly focused on fitness, rather than being a 'smart' watch.

It's great to have you here @pk237776! I'll be glad to answer your questions about your newest watch.

1. Currently, Ionic won't give you audio cues. However, you can find this option available only in the Fitbit app, check this article to learn more about how to use it How do I use exercise apps and modes on my Fitbit device?.

2. I'm afraid to mention that it's not possible to set a 10km, run so it can notifies you. However, when you start the run exercise you can set the cue. Your Ionic will vibrate to let you know that you've reached it. For example, you can set each 5 km so the second time it vibrates you'll know you've reached your 10km.

Last but not least, I totally appreciate your feedback comments. Fitbit is always trying to improve its trackers and features that are being implemented in the trackers.

Hope this helps!
