I ordered a Adidas Ionic on Tuesday it’s still says on back order how long before they are back in stock

I really want to order one but I’ve rang customer services, tweeted them & emailed them. 

All of them say they have no idea when it could be delivered or how long the back order is.

It’s beggars belief that they don’t know when they’ll have stock. 

 

My Fitbit Blaze has malfunctioned so I’ve been offered a replacement with a discount. I want the Ionic Adidas but I guess I’ll have to settle for the standard Ionic and just buy a separate sports band, which doesn’t seem fair but not got much option when there’s no shipping time on the Adidas Edition.
