How soon can we expect the store to be open so we can start playing with apps 3rd party developers made?

I'm using the charge 2 now and am happy with it.  I'd love to get the Ionic if the apps improve, but until then, I'll hold out.  I would LOVE to have an amazon music to stream my workout playlists like I currently do with my phone.  When the apps improve, I'll gladly give it a try.
