Hi, I have had my Fitbit a couple of days.  I have searched every inch of the settings on the fit bit app on my IPAD and cannot find how to add a wireless next.  I have looked at numerous solutions (which are pretty much the same) and the wireless option is nowhere to be found.  Could it be hidden and if so where do I find it and which app is the best to use to find it.  I have an IPAD3 pro, Huawei P30 phone and HP Desktop PC.  Many thanks.

Thanks for taking the time to bring this up and trying all of those steps to get it connected.

 

I will be moving this thread to the Ionic board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

You should be able to find the option by following the steps listed in this help article. They should describe what how to get your Watch connected to your WiFi network.
