Just got a Ionic. Dont understand I few things. Getting to old I guess
At the gym use an old ipod. Do have a iphone 8 but like something small to carry in my pocket.
I have music saved on itunes that I paid for from different paces over the years.
Any info on if I can transfer my play list of songs to the fitbit. And any recommendation on headphones.
I thought I read somewhere that muci from apple is not comparable with fitbit.
If so where can I buy music that I can transfer to fitbit if I have to but again.
Thanks

@Steve69 If you’ve bought music and have the music files on your computer, in iTunes, you’ll be able to transfer these, in a playlist, to your Ionic. You can then listen to them through some Bluetooth headphones or earbuds. Fitbit have their own “Flyers” which they pair with the Ionic but there are many to choose from.
Here’s a good thread to start reading through Transferring-Personal-Music-to-Ionic

Thanks.
So far opinion is Fitbit looks like a good product. But they are terrible at giving instructions on how to use it. They always seem to miss a step in a process.
Right now I am stuck at this step below.
"In the Fitbit app go to Account/Media/Manage Wi-fi Networks and remove all saved networks"
Went to the fitbit app from my laptop. Then went to accounts but do not have an option for Media.
Just up top options are Dashboard - Challenges - Guidance - Community - Notifications
No place is there Media. No need for them to make this that difficult.
Any suggestions. Thanks

@Steve69First off, are you sure you're using the Fitbit app on your PC (a Windows Store download) and not just navigation to the Fitbit dashboard on the web. (sorry just covering all bases)
In the app, click on the account tab (looks like a credit card, top right), then click on your Ionic (left hand side), then click on Media icon, which will be listed next to Clocks, Apps, Wallet etc, underneath the picture of your Ionic. There you will see the manage networks that you need to update.
Hope this helps

I think it should be the app. Did download from windows store.
But I think most of the problem is this is like when windows first came out. Worked sometimes but not other times, took years to get it really usable. Another 5 years it will be great.
Nobody really even has good instructions for this yet.
Your previous instructions left out one important step. ( click on ionoic)
Then these new ones will work but is the more difficult way.
Should be open app and just click on the ... icon. Which then gives names to the other icons. And you see the music icon is media and then just click that.
But back to the problems which may cause me to return.
I was able to download music by accident. It looked like it was not working. Stopped the process and gave up. 10 minutes later the playlist shows up on my watch.
Tried to add a new clock face. That also did not seem to work. The next day it shows up all of a sudden on my watch.
Seems each process you may need to wait 24 hours to even tell if it worked.
Problems I have now are cant get it to take a city for weather. But maybe this takes more than 24 hours so who knows.
Never have been able to get the app on my PC to show even one managed network. Still does not.
But the info is there so it must connect sometimes.
All this maybe will work with a mac pc but you never know when you can get it to work with windows 10.
