It's great to have you here @Joicurn! I've moved your post to this board because it's more related to the topic.
I'm not sure if you're referring to the weather app, but if you're just follow these steps:
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

@SilviaFitbitIn the UK we predominately use Imperial measurements for weight, length etc., i.e. feet/inches, stone/pounds. I am certainly of the generation that still uses Imperial and not Metric.
However, with weather forecasting the main unit for temperature in the UK is Celsius and not Fahrenheit.
So this creates an anomaly when it comes to the temperature displayed on weather apps on my Ionic, like the Big Weather watch face that I use, which displays Fahrenheit because I have Length set to Feet, Miles.
It would be really great if Fitbit could consider adding a new Unit for Ionic users to specify a temperature unit in Settings to enable people in the UK (and I dare say elsewhere) to view weather reports in the unit of measure that they are familiar with.

This does not work. I already had the suggestion you suggested. I had to go into my Fitbit Ionic app on my phone and 1. access account 2. tap IONIC (notice logo to the left) 3. tap "Apps" (in blue on my Samsung) 4. Go down to "Weather" and tap on "wheel icon" to the right (don't tap on weather for THIS purpose) 5. Not "Temperature unit" and change to Fahrenheit.

Hello. I did change this length setting to feet/miles as you suggested and synced my Ionic, and it is still showing the temperature in the weather app in Celcius. Any other suggestions?

It's great to have you on the Community @Scoop1844 and @kfrett. I appreciate the details that you've mentioned as well for the troubleshooting that you've performed.
I would like you to confirm that you have the latest app version on your phone. (You can double check this by going to your Play Store or App Store if you don't find any update, yours is updated)
Also, please restart your Ionic and set the weather app once again.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

This doesn't work. I have it set for miles/feet and the weather app still has celcius.

THANK YOU !!
It had been correct for years and when I fixed my last update (that messed up my synching again) it was Celsius! What a strange watch, but I really like it when it works!
