How to change custom HR zones on Fitbit ionic

After using my ionic for a week or so now I am wanting to adjust my HR training zones. But when I go to change them they reset to the old levels I had them previously set at? Can anyone help me please.

Hello @CptZippy after changing your zones,  are you syncing your Fitbit?

Are you changing them through the Fitbit app or Fitbit.com.

If the Fitbit app,  what device is the app on. We are on the hardware board asking a software setting question about three Fitbit app or the web beaded dashboard.
