Hi,
I bought my Fitbit Ionic in October 2018 on the Fitbit website and I would like to use my warranty (2 years for France).
After a swim in the sea, my smartwatch has started to disfunctionnal and soon later, the battery was done. I was trying to reload it but it didn't work : when I plug my Fitbit Ionic, I see 0% and nothing is changing even after 1 or 2 hours...
How can I do for requesting a return? How does the warranty work?
Thanks in advance, best regards.

To start a warranty claim you need to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status, advise on your options, and process the claim. You can contact them via the options shown at contact.fitbit.com

Thank you SteveH, but I can't contact customer support because there is not an email adress and I don't use Twitter so I can't send them a direct message...
To be honest, it's quite a mess to start a warranty claim !

Unfortunately they stopped providing email support a while back. Do you not have "Live Chat" available on your contact page? This has worked well for me before. It is only shown as available when someone is available. Here in the UK it is available as I type this as is telephone support.

Thank you for your help !
I didn't see the live chat for the time being but I'm gonna try to find it.
Best regards !

@Kaelmiki A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I see where your disappointment is coming from. I appreciate that you mentioned you bought your watch in 2018.
In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and someone will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with more information about the available options for you. Keep in mind that due to recent events affecting our operations we may take a bit longer to get back to you.
@SteveH Thank you for your assistance.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
