Hello - I have a brand new ionic, but for some reason see a history of 'calories burned'. Is there a way to reset this? Seems odd that there's historical data but it's never been turned on until about 20 minutes ago. Is there a reason for this? Thanks!

You burn calories just by living so as long as it's just a few hundred, that's normal. If it's a whole day's worth you can reset everything by doing a factory reset.

The calories burned are BMR calories. Your fitbit also calculates calories burned for your BMR. You burn calories just by being alive! Even Sleeping. Fitbit includes these burned calories in it's calorie calculations, so even if you did not wear the fitbit, you'll still burn these calories.
