How to disable Double-Tap to wake watch

I am trying to get my watch to stop turning on while I am trying to sleep.

I have already set the "Screen Wake" to manual but, even after syncing with my Android phone and powering the watch off and on again. The setting doesn't seem to be sticking.

The screen still seems to wake every time I double tap it.

The setting prevents from waking up on wrist motion. As far as I am aware you can't disable wake up on touch.

I am hopeful then that between the Manual setting and Dim screen setting, I should have far fewer seemly random watch screen's flashing at me at night.

Hopefully this can get added a feature at some point, any idea where to submit feature requests?
