How to disconnect Bluetooth headphones from Ionic?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blue Tooth Hearing Aids experience intermittent interference from my Bluetooth iPhone 11. Signia (my hearing aid vendor) told me that this is caused by my Ionic Bluetooth being connected at the same time as my hearing aids. Since I only need the Ionic blue connection to sync my Ionic, I would like the option to disconnect the Bluetooth from my ionic. The help desk told me the option is not available today, and I should note this problem here.

@Gpmilne Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

If you have connected your Bluetooth hearing aids to your Ionic, you may want to try the following to remove it:

  1. On your watch, open the Settings app

  2. Tap Bluetooth
  3. Scroll down and tap Remove
  4. Tap the device you want to remove and then tap Yes to confirm.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
