How can I get music on my new Ionic? 

 

I have a work PC (that I can't install programs on), a chromebook and an android phone. Surely one of those will work, won't it??

 

Pretty ridiculous waste of money for this darn thing if it doesn't do half of what it's advertised to do (store music)...

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that you can download music on your Ionic only through a computer, however, you'll not be able to use your Chromebook for this process because it doesn't run Windows or Mac operating systems, but Chrome OS. That said, I recommend you to use a Windows or Mac computer for this and if you experience an issue, please check the information that's specified on our help article: Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? and let me know if the issue persists.
