How to get the Preloaded Fitbit coach workouts back after latest update

I want to revert back to preloaded Fitbit coach workouts which had 7 mins workout, ab workout etc.

after the new latest update on ionic and the phone ,I get the personalised workout , after deleting the Fitbit coach app on the phone and in the app is till cannot get the default workouts , how do I get them back ? The three workouts 7 mins ,abs etc..

Hello @Anish_c and Welcome.  I take it you are referring to the; 10-minute Abs, 7-minute Workout and 15-minute Treasure Chest.  Hope this helps:

1.  Open the Fitbit App on your phone

2.  Sync your Ionic and Fitbit App

3.  SELECT the Ionic in the top left corner

4.  SELECT "APPS"

5.  SELECT "MY APPS" and verify COACH is NOT installed.  If it is uninstall and resync.

6.  SELECT "ALL APPS" and slide down to COACH

7.  INSTALL "COACH"

8.  Sync your Ionic to your Fitbit App "AFTER" the install is complete

The COACH APP should now function on your Ionic with the three sections outlined above.  Please post back and let me know how it goes.  Thanks and Keep on STEPPING!

@GySgt_Seidell Thanks for the reply ,I have already tried the steps you have mentioned I do get default three  workouts which you have correctly mentioned after the below steps .but after I sync again workouts change to personalised one, it seems after the second sync it gets changed.

It was all fine till I did the latest update on the phone and ionic .

No luck ,I also revoked access for fit star in 3rd party apps ,after various attempt to open that page as it was showing blank when opened , after revoking access I could not open the same page to list the 3rd party apps ,hope it got revoked .

Were you able to find a solution? I tried the uninstall/install coach as well, but after a sync, it sets it to personalized workout again.

Hello @James_Bond and welcome.  From my personal experience, once you “personalize” the workout, you’re not able to go back and retain the basic workout. This is meant to enable you to return to where you left off (IMO).  Hope this helped and Keep on STEPPING!
