I'm referred to webpage to do setup to add my music or Pandora -- can't find this..help

Once you have set the Ionic to your account, you can follow the instructions of the article https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251 to transfer the music (I'm posting the link, since it is better to follow those instructions step by step).
