A warm welcome to the Community @n2n! You can track this type of exercises using the option "workout". When you finish the exercise it will show you: duration, average heart rate, max heart rate and calories burned.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Would that be something like a Bowflex? That's a cross between a stairclimber and an elliptical. I usually use the elliptical setting. Would Workout be more accurate?

@n2n   What brand/model exercycle do you use?   It sounds like elliptical is a good choice -- the movements sound like elliptical, but seated.

Hey everyone! Great to see everyone is sharing tips, sorry for the delay in my reply.

Great to see you around @Purrstachio! In this case, since you're moving your arms and legs the best exercise to track it would be elliptical.

Thanks for your input @LZeeW! I appreciate that you shared the exercycle that you're using, it would be better if you use elliptical if you're moving your arms and legs.

You can also post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, so this exercise can be an option in the future.

Keep me posted! Don't forget to share your results.
