Cannot figure out how to pair my headphones using blue tooth. I follow the instructions as given, but do not see the settings button on the smartwatch referred to. I did find audio output, which says audio is controlled by my phone. What does this mean? How do I pair my headphones. I find this whole interface so outdated and unfriendly. Can someone help me? Thanks.

It's great to see you around @BGallop. I appreciate the details mentioned.
I'll be happy to assist you answering your question about how to pair Fitbit with your headphones. I would like you to follow these steps to link your Ionic with your headphones:
When pairing is complete, a check mark appears on the screen.
You can learn more about it by checking this article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thanks for getting back @BGallop.
Your feedback is appreciated, we're always striving to improve our products and services provided.
Regarding your question about a list of compatible headphones, we don't have one. You should be able to pair your Ionic with any headphone you might be using. However, Fitbit is aware of the issue that some of you might experience when pairing your watch with headphones, we're working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible, we're sorry for any trouble.
I have air pods that I use with my phone. Don't these work with this watch? Currently, Fitbit devices can't control the volume on Apple Airpods.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
