I have shoulder movements I do with dumbbells where I go through 4 positions with 30 second holds each movement with no stopping in between. The Interval workout says you can swipe left to remove the Rest, but it won't remove it for me. I have an Android phone (Samsung J7) that the app is in. Is there a fix or an easy workaround? I don't want to rest the 10 sec minimum that the app has. I have been just setting it on my timer individually, but that's a pain. Thanks!

@mullinm2 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry.
In order to remove Rest from the Interval workout, it needs to be removed from your Online Dashboard settings, to do so:
- Go to your online Dashboard
- Click on the gear icon
- Choose the Fitbit Ionic icon > Interval Workout
- Uncheck Rest and then sync your watch
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Great - thank you! I thought I needed to do it on the app on my phone, where there isn't a checkbox to uncheck. This worked and came just in time for tomorrow's workout when I really need it!! 🙂

@mullinm2 It's great to hear that you were able to uncheck the "Rest" option from the Interval Workout.
Hope you did great on Sunday's workout! Happy stepping. 😀
