How to select different credit card when paying on watch

As subject.

I just can use default card to pay, or select another one on APP. Any setting can do so we can choose other card to pay on watch?

This is what the manual say about selecting a different card.

So whilst being on the card screen, you should be able to swipe between all the cards you have saved to your fitbit pay wallet.
