How to setup Ionic and listen Pandora stations

It won't connect to wifi and says it can't find my watch.  I don't see it on my phone's Bluetooth either.  Also, where do I find the music from pandora and the stop watch?  So confusing!!

Hello @Kelts it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums.

I appreciate all the details that were shared in your post, it's a pleasure to assist you with your new Fitbit Ionic. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi? for a better understanding of this procedure.

After connecting your Ionic to your WiFi network, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties. To find music from Pandora, please try the following:

  1. After you download stations, connect a Bluetooth audio device, such as Fitbit Flyer headphones or a Bluetooth speaker, to your watch. For more information, see How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?
  2. Open the Pandora app User-added image on your watch and tap a station to play. You may need to scroll down to see all of your stations.
User-added image
  1. When music is playing, play or pause the track or tap the arrow icons to skip to the next track or previous track. Press the + and - icons to control the volume.
  2. To open additional controls, tap the 3 dots icon. Here, you can change the Bluetooth audio output device.
  3. To listen to a different station, press the back button and tap a station. Note that you may need to reopen the Pandora app User-added image to choose a different station.

I'll be around if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

okay, it's still not working. When I try to connect to Wifi it says we are not able to find or connect to your Ionic.  Why?

Also, where do I find the pandora app on my watch?  Where is the stopwatch too?

Thanks for your reply and update @Kelts, sorry for the delay in replying your post.

I'm sorry to know that you're experiencing connection difficulties with your Ionic and WiFi network. If you haven't already done so, please check: How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi? to learn more about this and then move forward to: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? if you still experience connection difficulties.

Also, the stop watch on your Ionic is in the Timer app. You can learn more about your device here and also the manual. The Pandora app will be on the app that are installed on your device, you just need to swipe your Ionic's display to the right to find them. You can also check: How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch?

See you around.
