How to stop AZM vibrations on Ionic?

Can someone please help me with an issue? I like that my Ionic vibrates when I get a call or text but when I’m working out it seems to give me a little buzz about once every minute and it driving me nuts. Does anyone know how to turn off that periodic buzz when working out? I’d like to keep the vibration for text and calls, just turn off the buzz every minute when I’m working out.

It is probably set to buzz when you switch heart rate zones.  When you get to the Exercise App and make your choice, but before you tap the arrow to start, scroll down to see other options and look for Heart Zone Notifications and turn them off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
