How to turn on GPS for a walk activity?

I can't seem to find a way to set the GPS to work with a walk on my ionic... What am I missing please?

@AnneF20 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

 

It sounds like the GPS option was turned off and this is why it's not connecting to GPS when you start the activity, please do the following to turn it on: 

 

- Open the Exercise app on your Ionic 

- Choose "Walk" 

- Tap the "Settings icon" 

- Turn on the GPS option 

- Track the activity
