How to unlock with your phone

How do i unlock my fitbit with my phone when everytime i try reset the pin it has an error connecting to my ionic?? Help please!!!

I am having the exact same problem. I have sent a message to Fitbit Twitter with no response as yet. Does anyone know how to solve this?

It's great to have you here @Kayla1593 and @Stax_On! I appreciate the details you've mentioned. This type error usually occurs when the pin has been entered incorrectly 10 times in a row and this indicates you need to unlock it using your phone. 

1. In the Fitbit app, tap Device Lock settings or the Wallet Tile. 
2. The app prompts the customer to remove payments data. NOTE: This does not remove all the data on Ionic, just the payment data: 
3. Add the cards to the Wallet app. Once the data is removed, the customer can set up Fitbit Pay again.

Hi there,

I have this problem aswell.  But I thought removing my watch from the iPhone app would help.  But it hasn't.

Now I need to set up my watch to my app on my phone, but it keep asking me to enter the number on my Versa's display.  I don't have it because my watch is locked.

I don't have a wallet to open as its not on my app anymore.

What can I do now?
