Huawei Honor 10 wont sync with Ionic

I have discovered after purchasing the Honor 10 that the Ionic will not sync with my phone. Extemely let down, Huawei has overtaken Samsung in sales volume so i guess Fitbit might want to pull their finger out of which ever orifice it is currently inserted into if they want to keep selling watches....

Hi @Maxba123, welcome to the Fitbit Community!  Thanks for taking the time to post the experience you have experienced with Ionic and Huawei Honor 10. 
 
The developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. There are some users who can synchronize with non-compatible devices. If your phone meets the requirement of Minimum Supported OS (Android 5.0 Lollipop), you can try the tips on this helpful article.  
 
Note that we don't guarantee that the synchronization will be successful as we are still testing on this phone model.  
 
Additionally, you can go ahead and create a new Feature Suggestion asking for this phone model to be added to the compatibility list. Let me know if you do!
